Job Profile

1. New product Data Entry in web data file

2. Data entry for price and stock update on Website

3. Updating dispatch details and Answering dispatch related queries

4. Answering website usage and company related FAQs( Frequently Asked Questions)

5. Co-ordinating with different departments:

a. Dispatch Department and third party Express delivery team ( with regards to order dispatch details) ,

b. Technical support department (transferring customer calls with technical queries)

c. Website management team (for issues related to data entry or any difficulty faced by customer in website usage)

d. Production department ( for informing materials not in stock)

e. Sales team ( to inform ay new query received through net)

6. Sending Emailers

7. Making outbound calls to potential clients – promoting the website

8. Assisting Sales team/ Business Development Managers by making calls to fix appointments with potential clients

9. Take note of customer complaints , feedback etc

Requirements:

1. Graduate with good communication skills

2. Prior customer care/ call centre experience shall be preferred

3. Ability to coordinate with different departments

4. Reasonable command on English and Hindi is a must

5. Additional Knowledge of Regional languages like Gujarati, Bengali, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil would be highly appreciated

6. Ability to analyse and make suggestion fro improvement of customer experience based on first hand experience customer complaints, feedback and suggetsions etc

7. Hard working and Responsible attitude

8. Should be Patient, soft and convincing

Job Profile

1. Resolving customer technical issues over the phone or through video chat, with regards to Prayag masterbatch used on their machine

2. Suggesting/Helping customer in making the right masterbatch selection

3. Occasional customer visit with sales team to the customer plant, if required

4. Convincing customers regarding Prayag product quality

5. Communicating and Co-ordinating with Production and QC department with regards to customer complaints and feedback

6. Updating customer interaction record in customer history file

Requirements:

1. Reasonable years of experience of working in production department for plastics involving moulding/processing methods eg Roto-moulding, Blow Moulding, injection moulding, extrusion, blown film etc

2. Alternatively experience in customer facing technical sales of Plastic processing machines or masterbatches shall be appreciated

3. Ability to understand and resolve customer masterbatch related technical issues over the phone

4 Additional Knowledge of Regional languages like Gujarati, Bengali, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil would be appreciated

5 Ability to analyze and make suggestion for system improvement based on first hand experience of interacting with the customer

6 Hard working and Responsible attitude
